Where to Buy in Denver?

Denver is a forever growing city. With sprawling urban landscapes, never-ending restaurants and new high rises on every block, there is something, and somewhere, in Denver for everyone. One of BONSAIs jobs is to keep up with the market, knowing where and when to buy, so that we can not only continue to grow our internal investment portfolio but also to properly guide our clients to the best neighborhoods in Denver.

Still up and coming, the top of our list includes the northeast area, Cole, Clayton, Elyria Swansea and Globeville. Above RINO/Five Points and right along the I70 and I25 corridor, sits house after house just screaming for a remodel or total demo. Most houses in this area were built in the 1920s and are still occupied by the generational youth. This area of town is really the only area in Denver with enough space for full expansion without the hefty price tag of some of its counterparts (Platt Park, Overland, Athmar Park and Ruby Hill). With direct links to the light rail, greenway, easy access to both major highways and a straight shot to the airport and downtown, we don’t see a downside.

This part of Denver has flown under the radar for years but we are seeing gradual renewal and redevelopments making this an increasingly attractive investment opportunity. Bonus? Its close to our corporate office!
