Overview

Bonsai Design + Build was instrumental in assembling two untraditional parcels and working with the developer through early entitlements allowing for this prominent Affordable Housing project to occur. The Burrell Denver is a 49 unit, Affordable Housing building with 3 commercial units at its base in Denver’s historic 5-Points neighborhood. The building sits adjacent to the newly constructed RiNo Park and Promenade. BDB served as the projects Interior Designer in collaboration with the Project Architect, Studio Completiva.
